Livelihood generation, Healthcare, Environment safety, Disaster response and Agriculture Initiatives

Strengthening community from all sections of the Organisation including women, minorities and underprivileged youth, work with both Government and Private Partners for delivering large scale skills mandates. We follow a sectoral approach towards skilling, by linking training to employment

Main areas of intervention:

– Training of Trainers (ToT)
– Up-skilling for in-service staff
– Setting up of 4-5 Star skills training centres of world standards
– Mobilisation, selection and enrolment of trainees
– Training and assessment of trainees
– Certification and placement of trainees
– Stipend and PPS to trainees, if applicable

In pursuance of the Prime Ministers National Mission to skill 500 million people by 2022, Lord Buddha Educational has also formed a separate division for skilling India youth. The objective is to establish and manage Lord Buddha Educational & Welfare Trust across India

With a focus on making students Job-ready, employability is a critical aspect of our training programmes. We impart employability skills through short term programmes, to approx 10,000 socially / economically disadvantaged youth, annually and place them in employment intensive sectors like textiles, leather, engineering, construction, hospitality, services, IT etc.
